Q. How do I get started or place an order to WarmMed?
1. Send an email to info@warmmed.com and a representative will contact you via e-mail shortly.

Q. What is normal production time of orders?
Normally from two weeks to one month depends on the production plan. If you are sourcing a product, our representative will give you specific information regarding the lead time. If you need a rush order, contact our representatives to discuss your specific needs.

Q. How can I get samples promptly?
A. You can contact our representative via email, phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier (as UPS, FedEx, DHL,TNT etc) account No. and we'll send samples through your courier by freight collect. For oversea customers, sample value under USD15.00 normally free of charge. As a courtesy, Your express airmail charges and samples charges can refund from 1st order.

Q. What's the Minimum Order Amount (MOA)
A. For medical line products, the MOA is USD3000.00 for less than 3 items per order.

Q. Can I print or customize (OEM) the packing of the product?
A. OEM with your own logo is available,but you need provide your logo artwork. Pls specify your requirement to our representative, according to your order product and quantity, we may charge you some printing fee.

Q. What's the payment term?
If order ammount is over 10,000 USD ,30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, balance paid before shipment.
